At Boat Barn 1, we offer the best storage service for RVs, boats and all kinds of watercraft. We are located in League City, Texas, a city with a great nautical tradition and an excellent location to access the waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Green Fields LLC Boat Barn 1 is located at 516 Hobbs Road in League City, Texas, and offers convenient boat and RV storage.
For RVs up to 40 feet, we have covered carport spaces. For trailerable boats, we have inside covered and locked units from 10×24 to 12×32 feet. Please contact us for more information.
Our carport canopies have 20 amp electricity for charging batteries, and our inside covered and locked units have lighting and an outlet for charging boat batteries.
We also have a dump station for RV waste tanks and a portable potty, and a freshwater clean-up area for boats and RVs. Please contact us for more information about our storage spaces and services.
How to Get to Our Storage Facility
From Exit #23 (League City) on I-45, drive west one block on Highway 518 to the first traffic light (Taco Bell is on left, and Wendy’s is on right).
Turn left at Taco Bell onto Hobbs Road and travel south five blocks to Boat Barn 1 on the left.
From League City Parkway (Brittany Bay Blvd. or Texas 96), drive west and turn right (north) on Hobbs Rd.
